Now isn't this the most beautiful thing you ever did see?
Costco (God bless 'em!) had Dungeness crabs in on Sunday, and I just couldn't resist.
I mean, I haven't had Dungeness crab in... oh... I don't know how many years... Probably more than 10, but I'm one of those people who have to take off their socks to count past 10... and it's just too darn cold here to do that this morning!
But as soon as I saw these babies, my mouth started watering.
A lot.
So last nights dinner consisted of that beeeautiful crab, along with this:
I also garlic buttered and warmed some delicious rosemary and romano cheese french bread baguettes... and the meal was complete.
And I was completed.
100% Costco... all the way, baby!

OH, oh, oh...oh yea. That's what I call dinner. I have got to find that mushroom risotto the next time I'm in Costco....and the crab... and the bread...and a good bottle of wine. (You can get the wine at Costco too.)
What a feast!

That made the trip to Costco worthwhile! Now I'm hungry.
Holy crab cakes! ... that's one big buster. I wouldn't want to be the one dropping him in the pot!
Someone else would just have to do it.. but, crab does sound yummy about now.
we are lucky to have fresh crab once in awhile here but not lately...my mouth is watering too! YUM!
I just hope you ate it with a worthy dinner partner. I'm STILL mad!!!!! Don't even tell me you fed HIM that dinner!
