Quick update on QA

Well, today's the very last day of QA validation and I didn't get called, so I guess I'm off the hook for another year!
*happy dancin'... happy dancin'... happy dancin' *
I hope we pass, but their criteria is just ridiculous, so fingers crossed.
We didn't pass last year, because one carer had a cat in her backyard ( it wasn't even hers) and another carer had a rose bush in her yard. Rose thorns can give you tetanus, so they're a big no-no. Can you image that? What is the world coming to, when we have to wrap our little ones in cotton wool and keep them from experiencing the bad with the good?
I'm tellin' ya...it's a good thing they never came here, because I'm not tearing out my rose garden for anybody... and the cats? They're my family and I'll find another job before I give them up!
I'm off for a celebratory coffee right now. :o)

Phew, that was close, all that stress for what?

I dislike that we have to be put through this type of pressure and stress. Some poor soul out there wasn't so lucky, I guess.

I am sure you would have passed with flying colours Tatersmama.

Enjoy that coffee and why not have some chocolate? Best medicine ever.

For what it's worth I think you did the right thing with that poor person from yesterdays post, at least now he is getting the help that he needs.

I could be nominated for worst modern mom ever. When my kids would show up crying for no obvious reason, I would ask 3 questions:

Is your arm broken?
Is your leg broken?
Are you bleeding?

If no, then have a drink, calm down and we'll talk. A nephew once was screaming like it was the end of the world over a skinned knee. He later griped to his mother that he got excellent medical care here, but no sympathy. Well, his mama was sitting right here, she could have handed out the sympathy with my peroxide and bandage!

That guy in your previous post would have me really nervous! I'd call 000 for sure! But it's nice to know that he thought you were such a nice lady, isn't it?

Well that's a load off your mind I bet. I don't think I'd have the patience. Marjie sounds like her and I would get along great because those are the same exact questions I ask my kids....hahahaha
