Wooo Hooo ! I hit the jackpot ! I got some money refunded to me, that has been causing me huge headaches and months and months of restless, sleepless nights.
It's just soooo good to know that all my dreams and hopes for the future, can now be realized!
Here's a copy of the message I recieved.
( If you use smelling salts, you might just want to have them handy!)

WOW ! That's like... .9. something cents !!! Of course, I had to quickly check the currency converter to find out exactly what this now means to me... and here's what I found!
(be still, my beating heart!)
0.09 Australian Dollar = 0.06366 US Dollar
0.09 US Dollar (USD) = 0.12725 Australian Dollar (AUD)

But rather than tell you a mile long list of things I can't do with it...
I'll just tell you want I can do with it.
I can do diddly-squat.
That's it.
But at least it's mine.... ALL mine!

Oh wow! you are on Easy St. now aren't you? Can you believe it? Why did they even bother telling you about it?
I want to see you do a diddly squat! :O
I thought it must have been money from mummy. Wow imagine what you can do if that comes through too! You can make us a fabulous chocolate cake ... NOT!
See what happens when you forward those good luck emails.
That is not true you can make about two tablespoons of that homemade soap you were wanting to try. lol
WOot Woot... wish you lived closer to the garden I would take you up on a drinK! Happy Garden time dear friend. Enjoy your time on paypal.
The drinks are on you? Would that be water you are offering? LOL
I bet you didn't even know you were missing that money, huh?
Hey baby, can you spare a dime?
LOL

I have a story similar to yours. In 1999, GTE employees were given 126 shares of GTE stock which was going for $54.99 a share. The employee has the option to sell this stock if it goes above 54.99. It expires Sept 2009, was good for 10 yrs. Stock is selling for about $25 or less a share now so this stock isn't worth anythng. fidelity is telling us we can exercise our option and maybe get 82 cents. Not worth the paper it's printed on. Verizon ran our company and stock into the ground. I am so P****d!!
My story isn't similar, where in the heck is my mind!! Mine is a nightmare!!
My word verification is asessie, is that an aussie sissy???
better luck next time. Maybe you should take up bingo? LOL~
Don't spend it all at once now Tatersmama.
xTania
Kathy, Yep I'm crusin' with the big boys now! It probably cost them more in electricity for me to recieve it, than it was worth!
~~~
Rubies, Money from mummy's? What's that? I just wish somebody would me show me the Show Mummy The Money, money !!! grrr!
(and I can't do diddly squats anymore. My knees are too old)
~~~
Paula, I got all the ingreients today... so I'm gonna test your theory out...LOL!
~~~
Bren, I wish I lived closer to the garden too! I just loved your pics today, even though they made me homesick!
~~~
Sue, That's it! All the water you can drink - anything your little heart desires... as long as it's water ;-)
~~~
Sherri, If I was gonna win something, I would have preferred Publishers Clearinghouse, but maybe this is a start of good things, eh? ;-)
~~~
Muddy Boot Dreams, Sure, but with the exchange rate and all, you'll only get 6.4 cents !
~~~
SassyDog, Did Libby leave some of her medicine behind? LOL! But you know what? I understood exactly what you were saying!!
~~~
Cassie, I'm going straight to
Las Vegas! I'm on a roll! ;-)
~~~
Tania, I'm putting it straight in the bank, where it can gain interest! My mama didn't raise no fools!
Boy. Some people just know how to live large. Maybe now we can have a salad, or something.
But you made us all smile, and that's PRICELESS!
Robynn,
I would invite you over to share some salad, but then I thought
No, people might get the wrong idea about you... Like maybe you're a floozy. ;-)
~~~
Jientje, Thanks, hun! Just as long as you're smiling... and not laughing! ;-)
LOL! And here I thought it was going to be some big pile of money on your doorstep! I really hate that you can't afford the cute, spunky male stripper!! What is this world coming to when you can't make a stripper happy with your refund!
I am so jealous! Your refund is more than the balance on my Adsense account. Some people were just born with a silver spoon......
Put it in a jar, and start adding pennies every day. When you have enough saved...send the Old Guy out for some Crisco!
Now don't you go getting a big head, just cause you're rich and all!! Remember us poor folks!! LOL!!
Well, that's still way better than the huge amount I owe our IRS on April 15th!
That is so funny! You always make me smile!
