I love Jesus, but I drink a little...

I know that y'all probably watch Ellen all the time and you've more than likely heard Gladys before...
But for that one, single, sole person out there that hasn't laughed her patootie off,

I give you Gladys *debuting* on the Ellen Degeneres Show.

I just love listening to this woman!
She reminds me of a cross between my dear old Aunt Poady and my Daddy
and whew doggies...
It just makes me LMAO to listen to her!

Yes, Glady's is hilarious. I watch Ellen just about everyday. Glady's really cracked Ellen up on that one.

That was the best line I ever heard too!

I haven't thought or heard whew doggies...since the beverly hillbillies :-)

Yes, Gladys is a hoot. Have seen her before, but cracks me up. What a card- and a straight shootin' one at that.
Thanks for the chuckles.

You KNOW I love Gladys and, funny thing, I was just talkin' about her yesterday at lunch with a friend! And I just said to somebody today, "I love Jesus but I drink a little." Uh-oh. Maybe I'm BECOMING Gladys. I just gonna say everything I think and not give a hoot! You just can't have too much Gladys - or Katie!

Ha ha Tatersmama,

I saw this Ellen show as it happened. The old lady cracked me up too! So funny. It brightened my day.

Cheers - Joolz =)

Very funny. Thank you for sharing. Even my three kidlets got the giggles and they wouldn't have got the joke.

I have watched before when she talked to her but did not know how that got started. That was so funny. I love old people they can say whatever they want and get away with it.

What age can I start doing that? What would be a good starting point? Is 39 and 5 months too young? I kinda already do this but I get funny looks or heated stares so I guess my old age isn't old enough yet. Oh well.

I love Jesus, and sometimes I wish I drank a little...but then I might get out the Crisco, and things could get REAL UGLY!

Tatie - would you send your readers over to my place? I need more votes!

Oh my I always get a smile when I come to visit and today a lol moment too!
Gladys sure sounds a lot like my sweet Aunt Syble she is 84 and a hoot.
Of course being from Texas I never really think twice about someone talking this way it is just kind of normal around here.
Thanks for bringing laughter to your post today.
By the way I have never seen the Ellen show .I discovered today that is when I am outside weeding, and what not in the garden.
Guess its time to learn how to set the new dvd player to record.
I have been missing out !
